Lifestyle Portrait Session:

~Book your session with a $200 retainer fee, which may be applied in full to the purchase of any of The 2014 Collections.

~Pre-session consultation via phone or email to discuss ideal location, wardrobe, and any ideas or inspiration you have for your session, so Katie can make the most of your time together.

~Up to 2 hours of time with Katie in the location of your choosing, creating images that reflect everything you love about your baby, children, and family.

~A personal gallery of your proof images with a private URL which you can share with friends and family if you choose. You can expect between 40-60 final images from a 1-2 hour session.

~ Following your session, your ordering meeting will be scheduled at your home or other convenient location,  to help make final decisions about your finished art – whether that be framed prints,  canvas art, or beautiful albums. The goal is to make getting from photography session to photographic art on your walls as easy as possible for you. Collections start at $695, and digital files are available.

A few notes to keep in mind: Your session may not last the full two hours. When all goes well we’re usually done in around an hour and fifteen minutes … If you need a session for more than your immediate family (parent and children) estimate an additional $25 per person or couple (grandparents, for example) … You can definitely combine newborn with parents and siblings in a single family session, though sometimes this can cause the session to exceed two hours. I am very happy to stay as long we need to get the perfect images for your family, but sessions exceeding two hours may be billed an additional $45/half-hour of additional time .

Retainer fees are non-refundable.  In the event that a session cannot be completed as planned due to extenuating circumstances, a session can be postponed or exchanged for print credit at the photographer’s discretion.
