Choosing Your Wedding Photographer

If you’re planning a wedding, or ever heard of weddings at all, you know there are  mountains of resources to help you choose a photographer. From magazine checklists to Internet articles to planners who can connect you to talented photographers, you probably don’t need me to tell you how to choose.

That said, I did find this really cool infographic that breaks down the photographer selection process brilliantly!

Before you scroll down to see it, I will leave you with this: in my experience (8 years photographing weddings!) the most important thing is that you get along well with the photographer. You can easily find someone who captures your style and whose images you love. But remember this person is going to be by your side (and occasionally “in your face”) for hours on one of the most important days of your life. You want someone with a great personality, whose presence you will trust and enjoy.
